Orchid Still LIfe

This was painted in a class. A very fragile looking orchid.
It's 9"x12" in size, oil on gessoed masonite covered in linen.

Hi Celeste!
Every Tuesday morning, I have an ongoing class with three ladies who rotate painting sessions at their houses, depending on their schedules. Each session lasts about 3 or 4 hours and it helps with the utilities.
I've known them for a number of years now and we've slung a lot of paint in that time. I have to say that all three are talented.
