Tomato and Pear Still Life

This is an 8" x 10" acrylic painting on MDF board.

It's an experiment with a different, rougher surface

and although it's harder to photograph, it

does lend itself to an interesting texture. Can't

paint as thin as I'd like on it.. It's for sale on eBay.

Painted today from a photo as a demo in an art lesson.

Oil on MDF board. 10" x 10" with gessoed surface.

I've included a shot with the framed painting. Framing

really makes a big difference.
